Introduction

 

Reggie Hsieh, the Senior managing partner of C&R International Law Firm, is highly experienced in cross-straits practices and focuses on the legal practices of commercial contracts, cross-border investments, real estate law, taxation law, patent & trademark, intellectual property, corporate business disputes and arbitrations. Reggie’s extensive legal experience includes handling various positions, including Patent Litigator, Arbitrator of The Chinese Arbitration Association Taipei, Arbitrator of Zhuhai Arbitration Committee, Attorney of Chinese Taxation Service Center and Consultant of National Palace Museum. Other than his extensive experiences in law practice, he is also a professor at Tsinghua University Law School.
